This Equipment Operator helps coordinate customer material unloading and efficient traffic flow throughout the recycling yard. Responsibilities include operating loaders, cranes, grapple cranes, shears, and other equipment supporting yard activities. You will work with scale personnel and office staff, maintain equipment, and document work as required. A safety-focused approach is required across all jobs at Interpro Recycling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate loading and unloading with scale personnel
- Communicate material weights and issues by mobile radio
- Perform preventative maintenance and check equipment fluids




- Unload ferrous transport trailers and clean excess material
- Keep daily, weekly, and monthly records accurate

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of recent heavy equipment experience
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent completion
- Clear oral, written, and mobile radio communication
- Reliable transportation to the work site
