The successful candidate leads through coaching, training, constructive feedback, and goal setting. Daily work includes staffing levels, facility and fleet maintenance, safety culture, and collaboration with several departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on stock, inventory, and deliveries
- Maintain quality control across warehouse activities
- Ensure proper staffing levels for operations
- Collaborate with appropriate departments each day
- Support excellent customer service and workplace safety

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of warehouse experience
- Two-plus years supervising warehouse personnel
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Building materials experience is a bonus
