Fraser Health in British Columbia seeks a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care for clients with substance use challenges. The role includes assessment, referrals, counselling, teaching and health promotion in collaboration with an interprofessional care team.

You will deliver direct care, administer medications, participate in crisis intervention, and contribute to care planning and program development within a patient-centered care framework.
