Coordinate Expanse Festival production logistics with Azimuth Producers and Festival Artists from December through April. This contracted position requires on-site festival coordination.

The Production Manager supports Azimuth Producers with the technical and logistical success of Expanse Festival 2022. Responsibilities include creating timelines, communicating artists’ technical needs, coordinating on-site hours, and maintaining festival spaces. The contract runs from December 1, 2021, to April 15, 2022, with full-time expectations leading up to and during the festival.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create workable timelines for Festival milestones
- Communicate directly with Festival Artists
- Coordinate artists’ technical needs with producers




- Coordinate in-person hours with producers and venues
- Help maintain clean, sanitized festival spaces

Requirements:

- Availability for the December to April contract dates
- Availability for full-time expectations around the festival
- Ability to work on-site throughout Expanse Festival
- Interest in supporting technical and logistical production
- All experience levels are welcome
