As Retail Team Lead, you supervise retail operations alongside the Store Manager and serve as a Freedom Mobile Brand Ambassador. The work combines sales targets, peer coaching, inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and daily sales communication. You also help train current hires and develop team members through floor mentoring and observations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store under operating policies
- Communicate sales results and create clear action plans
- Mentor peers toward personal and store sales goals
- Manage inventory, banking, merchandising,



and store operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash management practices

Requirements:

- One to two years of progressive retail sales experience
- Wireless industry experience is an asset
- Positive demeanor and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
