Deliver friendly customer service as a Deli Clerk with Calgary Co-op while maintaining safe, efficient department operations. Support members through organized daily deli work.

The Deli Utility Clerk reports to the Deli Supervisor or Deli Manager. You will handle customer questions, comments, requests, and complaints while working effectively in a diverse team. Duties include stocking displays, maintaining product quality, preparing deli platters, and supporting food preparation when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and maintain positive customer relations
• Stock displays, face products, and maintain presentation standards
• Prepare deli platters and trays for customers

• Follow Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety policies

Requirements:

• Grade 9 or acceptable education and experience combination
• Bakery retail or related retail experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Deli product knowledge or experience
• Ability to work in a diverse team workplace
