Downstage seeks a part time contract Production and Venue Manager for a 10 month maternity leave cover. The position supports two full productions and a work in development while caring for the Motel and birds and stone venues. Responsibilities combine production planning, materials sourcing, crew coordination, venue programming, rental administration, and technical inventory oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and track production budgets and designs
- Create and maintain production and technical schedules
- Source, rent, and purchase production materials




- Coordinate crew for production setup and strike
- Maintain venues, rentals, and technical inventory

Requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of theatrical production processes
- Understanding of designers, stage managers, and crew roles
- Solid organizational, budgeting, and problem solving skills
