The Salvation Army seeks a full time Shift Supervisor at 125 Main Street, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. You will support the Store Manager while also performing Sales Associate duties. The work includes serving customers and donors, handling merchandise, processing donations, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
Complete accurate cash and debit customer transactions
Process, sort, price, pack, and store donations
Monitor store security and maintain organized merchandise
Lead Store Associates when the Store Manager is absent

Requirements:
Completion of some high school
Two years of store or warehouse experience
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
Successful applicable screening and background checks
