Operate forklifts and RF scanners onsite as a Shipper Receiver at Napoleon, preparing products, receiving materials, and supporting logistics operations.

This full time position reports to the Team Leader - Logistics and works Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. You will pick, pack, ship, receive, and store products using warehouse systems and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate RF scanners to pick, sort, stack, and manage products
Pack, strap, label, and load shipments for transportation
Use TMS and WMS for carrier selection and storage
Unload trucks and verify counts against packing slips
Identify damaged products and inventory discrepancies for resolution

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
One to two years shipping and receiving experience preferred
Current, valid forklift certification required for consideration
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
Knowledge of shipping documents, inventory systems, and basic computer skills
