This Service Manager position leads operations across a condominium portfolio while overseeing Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Superintendent associates. You monitor contracts, Standard Operating Procedures, and site-specific Standing Orders. You also address deficiencies, operational risks, incidents, and service transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure contract requirements and site procedures are followed
- Identify risks and prioritize competing property needs
- Support property start-ups, takeovers, and service transitions
- Respond to incidents and escalate significant concerns




- Maintain accurate field activity reports and portfolio updates

Requirements:

- Three or more years of relevant leadership experience
- Background in hospitality, facilities, property operations, or services
- Multi-site management experience is an asset
