Support production reliability at Barry Callebaut in Chatham by maintaining factory machinery across continental 7:00pm-to-7:00am shifts.

As a Maintenance Technician – Millwright, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify equipment throughout the facility. Daily responsibilities include preventative maintenance, accurate logs, repair paperwork, and employee and food safety compliance. The position also contributes to projects, rebuilds, and safety procedure development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair factory equipment throughout the Chatham facility
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs accurately
- Process paperwork for repair and maintenance activities
- Participate in projects and equipment rebuilds
- Develop and revise Lock-Out and Confined Space procedures

Requirements:

- Millwright Certification completed or currently in progress
- Three or more years’ manufacturing maintenance experience
- Ability to move throughout diverse facility conditions
- Comfort working at heights and climbing stairs frequently
- Ability to lift 50–55 pounds regularly
