This Visit Nurse opportunity welcomes Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses supporting people at home and in community settings. Your clinical practice may include palliative care, paediatric care, wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, and medication administration. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams while receiving accessible mentorship and support.

- Help clients and families access other resources

Requirements:

- Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Reliable insured vehicle available for community visits
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Availability three to five days weekly and every third weekend
