You will understand how clients operate, document workflows, handle requests, and help shape software features. The role combines close execution, client conversations, and platform work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients through deployment onto the platform
- Run month-end close on platform and legacy ledgers
- Map client processes and systems
- Document workflows through clear, repeatable SOPs
- Handle client requests and influence product features

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- At least four years of accounting experience
- Experience running month-end close
- Experience with variance analysis and financial process mapping
- Solid relationship skills leading client conversations
