You will become a trusted first impression while addressing questions, recording notes, and documenting vehicle condition. Automotive experience helps, but Clutch provides the required car knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Clutch confidently and professionally with customers
- Run customer appointments accurately and efficiently
- Complete required paperwork and thorough system notes
- Inspect vehicles with a sharp eye for detail
- Support teammates across Retail Operations when needed
Requirements:
- Two or more years in a service-oriented environment
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and clean abstract
- No major driving infractions within three years
- Availability during mall hours, weekdays and weekends
