The Residential Counsellor provides care and support to boys and girls experiencing difficulties at home. Reporting to the Direct Services Supervisor, this position promotes each child's best interests within residential care. On-the-job training supports current skill development, while social services or child welfare experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
