As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will serve as the primary contact for homeowners during every aspect of the homebuying process. Your role involves closely partnering with Sales, Design Centre, Construction, and Customer Care to anticipate needs and provide answers. You will coordinate key appointments and updates to ensure satisfaction and completion deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome purchasers and outline their journey and expectations
Liaise between purchasers and various internal departments
Respond promptly to all purchaser inquiries and concerns




Schedule all necessary post-sale appointments
Maintain accurate records of interactions and milestones

Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of home purchase and construction processes
