Support Maje’s Royalmount store operations through inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and efficient back-of-house processes. This is a part-time opportunity.

As an Operations Associate at SMCP Maje, you will help ensure smooth back-of-house execution supporting customer experiences. Your responsibilities include merchandise processing, transfers, markdowns, return-to-vendor processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, and inventory control. You will also assist sales floor and point-of-sale activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming merchandise accurately and prepare products for sales floor
- Coordinate precise store-to-store merchandise transfers
- Update markdown pricing and process vendor returns
- Support floor sets, replenishment, displays, and signage




- Organize stockroom operations and assist customer transactions

Requirements:

- One-plus year sales support experience, including point-of-sale operations
- Experience with merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management
- Robust organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with team members and leadership
- Flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required
