Medavie is hiring a casual Customer Service Representative for a three-month term beginning in late January 2027. You will support customers with program eligibility and general inquiries while pursuing first-call resolution. Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volumes of incoming telephone calls
Assess customer needs and address issues promptly

Requirements:
