This permanent, full-time Director of Care role directs care for residents throughout the home. You will support the wellness team, assess resident needs, and plan, implement, and evaluate care. Collaboration includes management, physicians, residents, families, and external care providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct professional nursing care for all residents
Lead and support the wellness team
Assess resident health status and care needs

Requirements:
Current Ontario nursing registration in positive standing
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Minimum five years nursing experience
