Serve as a key consultant in Dayforce talent management implementations, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. Manage configuration, training, and client engagement to drive success.

This consulting role requires in-depth knowledge of Dayforce implementations. Responsibilities encompass acting as a trusted advisor, documenting client requirements, and ensuring the platform is tailored effectively. Your role will include training clients and managing multiple projects, all while fostering a team-oriented and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through all phases of Dayforce implementation
Validate and document functional requirements
Configure the system in accordance with client specifications
Train clients on daily management processes
Share internal insights and best practices from projects

Requirements:
Experience in an HCM/HRIS system implementation
Dayforce experience is advantageous
Solid communication and organization skills
Relationship management and consulting ability
Familiarity with SQL is preferred
