Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and facilitate supervised exchanges
Keep clients informed of visit schedules
Prepare welcoming settings for visits
Document visit observations accurately
Handle client queries and conflicts professionally

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 education with some social services coursework
Two years of relevant experience
Understanding of trauma-informed practices
Conflict-management and interpersonal communication skills
Basic First Aid certification is an asset
