Elevate youth volleyball at the Maverick Volleyball Club as a part time Tournament Convenor. Coordinate successful tournaments while enhancing organizational and communication skills in a hybrid role.

As the Tournament Convenor, you will report directly to the Program Manager and manage all resources for Mavs-run tournaments. Your role includes planning, executing, and overseeing both RTC and other events throughout the year, with responsibilities that ensure a seamless experience for participants and volunteers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute Maverick organized tournaments
Book officials and recruit volunteers as necessary
Provide in office support during tournament days
Communicate tournament details with teams and squads
Prepare an Emergency Action Plan for injuries

Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution
Robust communication skills for multi-stakeholder coordination
Technology proficiency for tournament management
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
