Join the SENS hotel team in Montreal, Quebec, as a Maintenance Technician, where your full time role will be to ensure top-tier operational efficiency and guest comfort through rigorous maintenance practices.

You will report directly to the Director of Maintenance, taking charge of the upkeep, repairs, and improvements across hotel facilities. This position requires expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, heating, and air conditioning to maintain both the SENS hotel and the neighboring Château Versailles in exceptional condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Address technical breakdowns swiftly and efficiently
Undertake minor renovation activities as needed




Ensure excellent air quality through system monitoring
Track and manage maintenance tasks using technology

Requirements:
Completion of DEP in building mechanics or related field
Proven maintenance experience, preferably within hotels
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance protocols and safety
Robust problem-solving and teamwork skills
