This supervisor works under the Operations Manager on projects assigned by senior operations leadership. The position engages hourly and salaried employees throughout a vertically integrated automotive fastener supplier. Responsibilities include developing operational KPIs and improving onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle assigned continuous improvement projects
- Advance automotive manufacturing through WCM principles
- Develop plant operations performance indicators
- Deliver EHS and CTPAT improvement projects




- Support plant maintenance and onboarding improvements

Requirements:

- Preferred automotive manufacturing experience
- Two to five years in a related improvement environment
- Engineering degree or recognized equivalent qualification
- Experience working in unionized manufacturing is an asset
- Robust technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
