This Filling Operator position supports production of IV bag assemblies through inspection, filling, over-wrapping, and sterilizer loading. You will follow quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices. The work suits candidates with food or manufacturing industry experience and an assembly line background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks throughout each process step
- Weigh filled bags at regular intervals
- Inspect fill, air volume, codes, dates, and lots
- Load bags into sealing machines
- Notify supervisors about safety, quality, or mechanical issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Food or manufacturing industry experience
- Previous quick-paced or assembly line experience preferred
- Understanding of GMP standards and SOPs
- Flexibility to work weekends
