As Executive Assistant, you will support 270 West Consulting's COO in a meeting-intensive setting with shifting priorities. The work combines inbox management, briefing preparation, document drafting, operational coordination, and Microsoft 365 tools. You will help create a reliable system for commitments, delegated work, deadlines, and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, conflicts, priorities, and appointment logistics
Organize executive email and flag urgent or sensitive items
Maintain workflows for tasks, decisions, deadlines, and follow-ups
Prepare briefings, agendas, meeting materials,



and action tracking
Coordinate information flow, travel, vendors, and operational dependencies

Requirements:
Five-plus years of relevant administrative experience
Two to three years supporting a senior executive
Exceptional organization, prioritization, follow-up, and attention to detail
Robust written communication and Microsoft 365 proficiency
Discretion, sound judgment, and occasional travel availability
