Are you the person other IT professionals turn to when they can't solve the problem?We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team supporting complex client environments.We're hiring across two areas:Projects & Solutions – designing, implementing and migrating infrastructure solutions.Tier 3 Infrastructure & Escalations – solving complex technical issues and acting as the senior escalation point for critical client environments.If you're strongest in one area but experienced across both, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoDesign, implement and support Microsoft and hybrid infrastructure environmentsLead infrastructure projects from design through implementation and handoverProvide Tier 3 troubleshooting and escalation supportDeploy and support VMware and Hyper‐V environmentsAdminister Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure/Entra IDSupport Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and SharePointImplement and support RDS/Terminal Services, VPN and remote‐access solutionsWork with SAN/NAS, storage, backup and disaster recovery solutionsTroubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, security and connectivityReview client environments and recommend improvements to performance, security and resiliencyDevelop technical documentation and implementation plansParticipate in an after‐hours/on‐call rotationPay: CA$80,000.00-CA$90,000.00 per yearWhat We're Looking For7+ years of progressive systems/infrastructure experience preferredStrong hands‐on experience with VMware and/or Hyper‐VAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologiesExperience with M365, Exchange, Windows Server and Active DirectoryStrong troubleshooting and root‐cause analysis skillsExperience implementing infrastructure solutions and managing technical projectsKnowledge of storage,
