Lead self storage operations with Mini Mall Storage Properties through customer service, sales, and facility management. This is a full time daytime position.

As Site Manager, you will help customers select storage solutions while keeping the property protected, clean, and welcoming. The work combines leasing, rent collection, tenant records, pricing, payment processing, and local marketing. You will also support team scheduling, training, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Manage leasing, collections, records, inventory, pricing, and payments
Maintain cleanliness, repairs, safety, security, and compliance
Develop local marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy
Support hiring, scheduling, training, and timekeeping

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property experience preferred
Experience managing day-to-day team activities
Robust communication and organizational skills
Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
