Rehabilitation-focused Registered Massage Therapist needed for injured workers at Altum Health’s Oshawa site. Provide clinical assessments and treatment planning Monday through Friday afternoons.

This experienced independent contractor supports rehabilitation and return to work within Altum Health, a University Health Network department. The therapist evaluates client condition and develops specific treatment plans based on clinical assessment. Collaboration with health care professionals, referral sources, and stakeholders supports coordinated services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop goals and treatment interventions from clinical assessments
- Gauge soft tissue and joint function quality
- Measure range of motion and muscle strength




- Communicate with referral sources and stakeholders
- Report hazards under the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Requirements:

- Knowledge of injured workers’ rehabilitation and return to work
- Recognized Massage Therapy degree or diploma
- Ontario College of Massage Therapists registration
- Valid malpractice insurance
- One interdisciplinary practice year preferred
