As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will oversee care experiences within personalized, non-medical home care. The role combines client-care oversight, quality standards, team collaboration, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day client care experiences and continuity
- Strengthen care assessment and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

- Current LPN or RN designation in valuable standing
