The Mustard Seed seeks a part time Community Chaplain to lead spiritual care, services, and growth programs for Kamloops community members.

This permanent position reports to the Recovery Manager and provides care within The Mustard Seed’s relief, recovery, and development programs. You will introduce practical and compassionate Christian support, guide decisions rooted in grace and hope, and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners. The schedule covers 24 hours weekly on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate spiritual activities across Kamloops Mustard Seed locations
- Care for the whole needs of community members
- Provide guidance, support, and prayer to staff




- Collaborate with partners to provide comprehensive care
- Track targets, statistics, and required reports

Requirements:

- Agree to The Mustard Seed’s Chaplains Principle of Practice
- Minimum two years of related work experience
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
