Nu-Fab Building Products, within the All-Fab Group of Companies, is seeking a Truss Technician for its Saskatoon production team. This hands-on work includes workstation setup, material inspection, truss assembly, cleanup, and responsible machinery operation. Candidates should communicate clearly, prioritize tasks, and support team huddles. Truss-building experience is an asset, while a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for training consideration. The position involves physical work, prolonged standing, and safely lifting 25–50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble trusses according to procedures and SWOP requirements




- Follow Team Leader instructions throughout each production order
- Inspect materials, equipment, and completed trusses for issues
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
- Complete end-of-day cleanup and operate machinery responsibly

Requirements:

- Previous truss-building experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use a hammer and read tape measures
- Experience reading and understanding work orders
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to secure practices
- Willingness to learn skills and participate in team huddles
