As part of Tidan Hospitality Group and the Tribute Portfolio by Marriott, this Assistant Controller coordinates varied accounting activities. You will prepare month-end and year-end entries, analyze accounts, produce financial reports, assess actual results against budgets, and validate documentation for financial statements. The position also supports billing, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries
- Perform account analyses and prepare financial reports
- Analyze actual results against budgets and explain variances




- Validate documentation supporting financial statement presentations
- Contribute to recurring and ad hoc financial projects

Requirements:

- Accounting DEC or bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience
- At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with information technology systems and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
