Support manufacturing process improvement at IPEX through workflow analysis, data collection, and lean methodologies. This hybrid internship is based in Oakville, Ontario.

As an Operational Excellence Intern, you will collaborate with the Manufacturing Excellence Manager on projects that improve processes and productivity. You will work with diverse teams, document updated procedures, and support solutions addressing operational challenges. Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, and Word, are used in the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis
- Develop projects that enhance productivity across departments
- Collect data to evaluate process changes




- Suggest solutions during continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations on project outcomes

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing an engineering or related degree
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Detail-oriented approach focused on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite applications
