This on-site Moncton position supports existing and new clients through personal insurance advice. The advisor quotes new business, writes policies, retains accounts, and processes renewals and policy changes. Success requires strong customer focus, analytical and organizational skills, plus excellent verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quote recent business through outbound calls and walk-ins
- Write recent policies and retain existing business
- Answer inquiries and conduct client care calls
- Prepare insurer documentation and complete client applications
- Participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Bilingual English and French proficiency
- High school or post-secondary education
- Personal insurance experience preferred, minimum one year
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to Epic is an asset
