Bring water sector knowledge to Carmichael as a Sub Agent, managing construction sites and supporting larger schemes with engineering expertise. Solid HSEQ leadership is central.

This experienced Sub Agent role covers small-value civil engineering and construction sites, alongside support for Site Agents and Project Managers. You will help achieve customer objectives through safe, quality-focused, environmentally compliant, and cost-controlled delivery. Responsibilities span subcontractor coordination, technical interpretation, reporting, meetings, inspections, and as-built information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction sites and subcontractors
- Provide engineering support to project teams
- Chair weekly site meetings under company procedures




- Deliver accurate client and internal monthly reports
- Ensure work is defect-free and delivered on time

Requirements:

- Experience in civil engineering, ideally within the water sector
- Knowledge of specifications and testing regimes
- Understanding of cost forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting
- Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- CSCS and SMSTS cards with NEBOSH or IOSH
