Key Responsibilities:
Prospect current business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Assess client needs and tailor sales presentations
Manage sales cycles from contact through closing
Record activities, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software
Collaborate internally to address client concerns

Requirements:
Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Basic CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
