Coordinate electrical construction projects at Plan Group using scheduling, document control, and project tracking skills. Support commercial work with project teams and site supervisors.

As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and Site Supervisors throughout commercial projects. The work includes maintaining schedules, managing project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating deliveries. You will also help monitor costs, forecasts, sub-trades, and potential delays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain project schedules and help achieve project targets
- Update change orders, as-built drawings, and closeout documents
- Provide progress updates and support forecasting and cost control




- Coordinate equipment deliveries and oversee sub-trades
- Document site meetings and maintain project material records

Requirements:

- Related Electrical Engineering post-secondary education
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Electrical construction or trade experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Experience interpreting mechanical drawings and commercial projects
