We're looking for a driven F&I professional to help deliver a transparent, positive finance experience from handshake to keys.The RoleAs F&I Manager, you'll be the final step in our customers' buying experience. You'll arrange vehicle financing and leasing, present protection and aftermarket products, and complete deal documentation accurately and in compliance with Ontario and federal requirements. You'll work closely with the sales team and management to keep deals moving and customers confident in their purchase.What You'll DoReview customer credit applications and submit them to lenders, including manufacturer finance and bank partners, to secure competitive financing and lease approvalsStructure deals that meet customer needs and lender requirementsPresent and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, GAP, and other protection products, in a transparent, consultative wayPrepare and complete purchase, finance, and lease contracts and related registration documents accurately and on timeEnsure compliance with the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002, the OMVIC Code of Ethics, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (including cost of borrowing disclosure), and applicable privacy legislationMaintain solid lender relationships and stay current on lender programs and guidelinesFollow up on funding, contracts in transit, and outstanding documentationMeet monthly goals for product penetration, per-vehicle profit,
