Lead facility project delivery for BGIS through client-focused communication, accurate forecasting, and disciplined control of scope, schedules, and approvals.

As a Project Manager, you own end-to-end delivery and collaborate with key departments supporting BGIS’s integrated building operations. You will manage project contributors, client expectations, vendors, documentation, financial activity, and regulatory requirements. The work includes moderate to high complexity projects with visibility and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain client relationships, expectations, issue resolution, and satisfaction
- Manage forecasts, cashflows, commitments, charters, invoices, and purchase orders
- Secure scope approvals and oversee project changes
- Communicate project status, risks, KPIs,



and mitigation plans
- Review dashboards, documents, approvals, and performance reports

Requirements:

- Three to five years of project management experience
- Experience delivering projects on time, budget, and specifications
- Experience developing and managing project budgets
- Proven client, vendor, and project team leadership experience
- Robust communication, influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Use financial oversight, stakeholder communication, and project governance skills to deliver compliant facility projects for BGIS clients.
