Reporting to the Director, Engineering & Capital Infrastructure, you will shape practices, select methodologies, and address contractual and construction matters with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project procurement and delivery methodologies for key projects
- Coordinate with Procurement and Enterprise Risk Program leadership
- Work closely with legal on contractual matters
- Maintain relationships with consulting engineers and constructors
- Ensure staff experience supports the full project range

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering post-secondary degree
- Professional Engineer designation
- Seven years of related municipal engineering experience
- Progressively responsible career experience
- Direct supervisory experience
