Support Calm Air’s Safety Management System through risk assessments, investigations, audits, and corrective actions across companywide operations.

The Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator is an integral member of Calm Air’s Quality & Safety team. This position actively identifies hazards, supports secure work procedures, and helps ensure the company program follows or exceeds applicable legislation. Aviation experience is considered an asset, with travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Safety Management System risk assessments
- Investigate incidents and recommend safety improvements
- Conduct regular and random site audits
- Develop corrective actions for identified concerns
- Guide personal protective equipment program development

Requirements:

- One to three years’ experience in a related role
- Clear understanding of Quality Assurance Auditing
- Aviation experience considered an asset
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Travel required for the position
