Lead endpoint management architecture for TransLink’s hybrid workplace, specializing in Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, and Entra ID integration. Work across British Columbia.

As a Workplace Technologies architect, you will define technical direction for device management, deployment, compliance, lifecycle controls, and endpoint security. You will translate business and employee experience needs into reliable services while coordinating with security, operations, service desk, delivery, and business stakeholders. The position combines strategic design with hands-on validation and specialized escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own standards for device management, deployment, compliance, and hardware
- Guide endpoint security baselines, PAW standards, and patch reporting
- Create integration architectures for management, identity, network, and support environments




- Assess risks and design mitigation strategies aligned with policies
- Support vendor, procurement, licensing, and lifecycle decisions

Requirements:

- Eight years’ experience in endpoint, device, workplace, or infrastructure architecture
- Expert Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and policy knowledge
- Advanced Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, packaging, imaging, and patching knowledge
- Working knowledge of authentication, conditional access, encryption, and zero trust
- Strong leadership, facilitation, decision-making, and presentation skills
