Unify customer, portfolio, transaction, and behavioural data for AGF Management Limited using Salesforce Data360, identity resolution, and data engineering.

As a hands-on Data Engineer, you will operate the enterprise customer data platform and improve CRM data foundations. Your work connects multi-source data, creates trusted profiles, and enables segmentation, activation, analytics, and AI. You will collaborate with technical, business, analytics, and enterprise data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unify CRM, transaction, portfolio, behavioural, and enterprise data
- Configure and administer Data360 ingestion, identity resolution, and harmonization
- Translate analytics, engagement, reporting, and AI requirements into capabilities
- Enable Salesforce AI, Tableau Next, and other AI-powered use cases




- Improve legacy data structures, quality, performance, and integrations

Requirements:

- Experience ingesting multi-source data and building real-time ETL pipelines
- Understanding of customer data platforms, profiles, segmentation, and activation
- Salesforce Data360 or comparable platform exposure preferred
- Experience with relational modeling, security, administration, and configuration
- Strong documentation and transparent explanation of architecture trade-offs
