This Associate supports appropriate AML documentation for Capital Markets and cross-operating group customers. Reporting to the Vice President, KYC Requirements & Outsourcing, you will research documentation gaps, flag risks or opportunities, and guide Analysts. The role strengthens process quality through collaboration with business partners and AML teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research documentation gaps and propose practical solutions
- Flag risks and opportunities affecting KYC processes
- Direct Analysts performing KYC tasks
- Guide team members and business partners
- Communicate with clients and senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- Five or more years of KYC or Customer Outreach experience
- Deep knowledge of international KYC regulations
- Understanding of AML governance and record-keeping requirements
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks
- Robust Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel knowledge
