As Total Rewards Lead, you will manage pension and savings plan activities, benefits administration, compensation processes, and Canadian reporting. Your work includes contribution calculations, vendor coordination, payroll adjustments, and employee responses. You will also support compliance with pension benefits and pay equity legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calculate biweekly pension and savings plan contributions
- Prepare pension forms, reconciliations, filings, and audit information
- Coordinate benefits, fleet, pension, and payroll adjustments
- Respond to employee pension and benefits inquiries




- Monitor benefits errors and correct administration issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources administration
- Four years supporting Canadian compensation, payroll tax, and pensions
- Certified Compensation Professional designation or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Canadian pension plans and year-end reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines
