Lead building systems product development for Stelumar’s Housing Solutions department, connecting architectural, structural, and manufacturing considerations.

This full time, permanent Product Manager reports to the Director, Housing Solutions. You will turn product concepts into standardized solutions for industrial-scale housing production. The work spans requirements, design decisions, testing, manufacturing transition, and field installation. Success requires technical knowledge of building systems and strong stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define requirements using customer, sales, development, and site input
- Partner with engineering, design, procurement, construction, and external consultants
- Assess products, materials, and technologies for cost and scalability
- Lead value engineering to simplify designs and improve performance




- Support manufacturing and field installation transition while troubleshooting issues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Five or more years developing building products or construction solutions
- Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing interactions
- Ability to balance cost, performance, manufacturability, and constructability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills across technical stakeholders
