This Franchise Business Consultant helps franchisees strengthen business practices and maintain high standards of instruction. You will build trust-based partnerships, address compliance issues, and coach teams using data and clear feedback. The position includes regular travel and one weekly office day in Vaughan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build trust-based franchisee partnerships through timely communication
- Provide coaching and modeling for instructional and operational improvement

- Support recent centre openings and area analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two to four years of relevant management or consulting experience

- Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills
- Extensive Ontario travel and occasional Saturday centre visits required
