Shape HR governance controls at TD through regulatory testing, RCSA analysis, and clear reporting. Work in Toronto within the Compliance line of business.

This senior analyst role supports the HR Governance and Control Team across HR Canada and HR Europe, Asia Pacific. You will assess adherence to enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational risk appetite. Your work includes independent testing, complex analysis, stakeholder communication, and identifying risks requiring escalation or resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess HR adherence to enterprise governance standards
- Conduct regulatory compliance control testing independently
- Analyze and test Risk and Control Self-Assessments
- Document conclusions, findings,



and management remediation plans
- Communicate recommendations to management and business partners

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- At least five years of related qualified experience
- Knowledge of HR business functions considered an asset
- Prior control testing experience considered an asset
- Ability to manage complex, non-routine assignments independently
