This Project Manager will own capital projects from scope to close-out and help deliver the five-year program. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will coordinate with the CAO, Council, Operations, Utilities, and Planning. The role suits someone ready to manage a capital program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Coordinate capital work with municipal departments
- Prepare transparent procurement and evaluation documents
- Advance awards and keep procurement timelines moving
- Provide early status and cost briefings

Requirements:

- Hands-on municipal infrastructure project experience
- Utilities or public-sector capital experience considered
- Experience with contractors, consultants, and procurement
- PMP designation or active progress toward one
- Strong delivery record with schedules and budgets
